About Jonathan Money
With nearly 40 years’ experience in the industry and having advised over 1,500 individuals, families and businesses, I have a wealth of experience that our clients can draw on at any time.
I am also delighted to be working with such a young team. Somebody once said to me ‘always employ people cleverer than you’. I believe I have done that. The average age of our employees is 33 which means our clients can work with the same people for many years to come.
Finally we are conscious that our brief is not solely about financial advice and portfolio management but also about long-term wealth preservation. We take our responsibility very seriously and would be delighted for you to come and find out what we do.
About Philip Feast
When I was just ten years of age my Father gave me a copy of the Financial Times and told me to pick companies to invest in based on the information I read. Each week we would monitor my theoretical investment portfolio to see how my chosen shares had performed.
With that, an interest in finance was born and a basic knowledge began to develop. Not long after I left school my interest in how markets work was combined with an equally strong desire to build relationships and help people. This naturally led to a career in Financial Advice.
Having trained and qualified as an adviser at NatWest Bank I was introduced to Jonathan Money in late 2012. This was right in the midst of the Retail Distribution Review (RDR) which was bringing sweeping changes to the way Financial Advice would be delivered to the consumer. After several meetings with Jonathan it was clear that Taylor Money was a successful, forward thinking, client centric business and I was keen to take hold of the opportunity to help ensure that the firm could continue looking after clients indefinitely. I quickly made up my mind to join Taylor Money and have never looked back.
More recently, having passed the Advanced Diploma in Financial Advice, I have attained Chartered status.
Helping the clients I work with to make good financial decisions is what I feel really adds value in an increasingly complex financial landscape.
About Paul Bannister
I joined Taylor Money in June 2013 after almost ten years working for high street banks. The financial services industry was going through a huge upheaval with the implementation of the Retail Distribution Review (RDR) and I felt that the banks were struggling to deal with the regulatory change. I therefore took the decision to move on.
Having met Jonathan and the team at Taylor Money, it was clear that they had the same client focused approach which I had always prided myself on providing and therefore jumped at the opportunity to join the company.
In 2016 I was fortunate enough to achieve my Chartered status building upon the experience I have acquired at Taylor Money, Halifax and Santander. I feel that this demonstrates the high standards we set ourselves here to help deliver the best possible client outcomes.
